We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all our jewelry pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with the original packaging and receipt. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange.

Yes, we offer Acima Leasing, which provides flexible financing options with no credit needed to apply approvals up to $5000. This allows you to get the jewelry you love with convenient 90 Day option to early buy. Additionally, we ship nationwide, so you can enjoy our beautiful pieces no matter where you are in the U.S.

At Yu & M Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover any defects in your jewelry, we offer a guarantee to repair or replace the item. Please bring the item to our store with your receipt, and we’ll address the issue promptly.

 

4. What are your store hours?

Our store is open 6 days a week, from Monday to Friday and Sunday. We are closed on Saturdays. Please feel free to visit us during our operating hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you with all your jewelry needs.
