However, we want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept items for exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
